I'm planting a maple tree in the front yard. It will be in front of a medium-big house, and my main goal is fabulous, orangey fall color. As far as I can tell, the main difference between these two cultivars is that one has a rounded crown, and one is more oval. Also, one says more orangey, and one says bright red.
